Shipping Policies

Shipping Time Frames & Terms Policy: see also Local pick-up (below)

I am a one woman Painting Studio and Artisan shop and as such I make limited edition batches and/or editions, one-of-a-kind art pieces, hand-crafted goods created and assembled in groups and/or clothing, candles and other gifts. 

Shipping will happen for in-stock inventory, pre-made hand-crafted goods, limited edition pre-designed clothing, pre-made artisan goods items with-in 3-7 days. For items produced by third party integrated company will be mailed and or returned to them and are eligible for return and exchanges. 

For Fine Art canvas prints that are stretched and assembled in studio, the item will be mailed with-in 10-14 days. Specific one-of-kind pieces custom designed pieces will be shipped based on individual project specifications as discussed when purchased.

Payment for shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless there are shipping sales or special promo gift coupons offered. The shipping can be chosen as either USPS or through Fed-Ex, it is your choice whether via ground or priority mail. It is recommended to choose Priority mail for originals or large canvas painting and prints and to purchase shipping insurance, as well as, obtaining tracking information.  We are not be responsible for artwork arriving damaged, if lost or stolen. But I will pray that doesn’t happen and will send each purchase infused with Love and good traveling prayers.

Refund/Return Policies

All Original Paintings and Fine Art prints, one-of-a-kind and commissioned pieces sales are final. Please select your artwork with care, as we can not do returns or refunds. 

We can do exchanges for Artisan gifts, designed clothing items, limited edition clothing batches of equal value as original purchase. If you decide something isn’t working for you, 

• you must email us at jujurootz@gmail.com within 3 days of purchase and

• return the item to the address listed in the return exchange email,

• in the original packaging within 14 days at a mail carrier of your choice as we are not responsible for return shipping.

When we receive the returned item, we can begin the exchange process. 
If the artwork arrives damaged, do not sign for it and return to post office or mail carrier. If possible send a photograph and email us as soon as possible.
