the Vision & mission
Real Love Workz is our community nonprofit fundraising model, which endeavors to support women and families in need by donating funds from Juju Rootz sales to existing nonprofits, and eventually by endowing business grants, encouraging awareness of marginalized women and assisting them as they are birthing their own businesses; which benefits the business owner and the community in which she serves.
Real Love Workz from its inception embodies the philosophy ‘Love x Love’ which suggests the idea that love always multiplies itself and increases as it grows in willing hearts. Focusing on building love through social caring and supportive respect. Real Love Workz intends to show women worldwide that Real Love does in fact exist, and it always Workz.
Our intention is to
“Raise Another Woman’s Crown”.
Our intention is to empower and support women, their families, their children and their communities, based on what they need and/or request assistance in, this offering can include meeting basic needs and supporting through education.
Initially, methods for raising money are accomplished through online art sales by donating a percentage of our profits to Real Love Workz supported nonprofits. In the future, we aspire to also host community events and fundraisers which will direct even more money, while building a network of support to fulfill ongoing goals. The focus of drives will be based on building business and community support. We know this initiative will provide love, support, relief and awareness to uplift and empower women with tools and strategies to launch, develop and/or expand sustainable business endeavors.
We are 100% supportive of Black Lives Matter. We wholeheartedly LOVE, protect, serve and support the raising of strong Black and Indigenous women, men and people of every nation. We believe Real Love Workz and that love overcomes all dividing issues and constantly encourages rightful caring, awareness, honor, respect and integrity. In this spirit, it is the true unifier and the central ingredient for creating solutions towards building stronger community relations, and therefore a stronger planet.
We are currently in the process of developing our ‘give back’ model and connecting donations with priority recipients. We are focusing on like-hearted nonprofits interested in working with us, who share our desire to serve the same populations we seek to elevate.
